Usually the first thing try would be rebooting your modem and router. If you can't locate the power switch, unplug the power from the units and wait 30 seconds. Then plug in the modem first which is the box from your internet service provider. Wait about 15 seconds then plug in the router. Hopefully that clears the cobwebs and get's you back online. Just one question, how are you reading this? :)
